I wish I could say I like this band but one day last year told me everything I needed to know about this band. I was with my band at a contest. I was walking back to the area they were giving us dinner at when I walked by porter high schools trailer. They were all eating dinner as well. I was minding my own business until this little s*** comes out of the trailer, narrows his eyes and says “You look like a hick.” I am known for being violent especially when called names out of nowhere for no reason. However at the time I was too focused on getting to dinner to lash out at him and teach him a little lesson. Next time I see him and he calls me a hick he may not be as lucky next time

Brings back lots of memories when I played in the incredible UH Cougar Marching Band under the legendary Bill Moffitt. I sure miss the many wonderful times.

So weird to see a marching band rely on their musicianship, guard and marching and not all the ridiculous props and costumes. Felt like he 90s. Haha great band. Their blend is perfection
