Hi Peju. Your sections are very educative. My question is very simple. I understand that we have to refine our resume to suite the job descriptions before we apply for the job. Does that mean that we have to make the same changes on our linked in profile anytime we apply for a job with a refined resume? I know some employers sometimes view our LinkedIn profile before deciding to either grant you an interview or employ you. THANK YOU.
