I am having trouble inserting the casters into the legs. Suggestions?

Does the seat just sit on top of the post? Is the seat just designed to slip off the base?

why does my adjuster not loosen the chair backwards, only loosens the chair when I lean forward

2:23 CORRECTION: Use the two K-2 screws [not L screws] toward the front when mounting the Seat Plate (F) onto the Seat (D). Then use two K-1 screws toward the back. Otherwise, helpful video and seemingly solid product. I particularly appreciate the well labels parts and spares.

This video helped for my assembly at home ty. Only difference was that star looking piece was already assembled in the box. Thanks again!

Awesome chair! Assembly instructions is simple and somewhat easy to follow. They even included spare screws! Wow!

What if you accidentally forgot to add the foot rest? There a way to put it on once you have inserted the seat and top piece?
