Very thorough, good info. One correction, 18:53 according to IFAB Law 16.1 the ball is in play “kicked and clearly moves” NOT when it clears the PA. Thus the attacker may enter the PA as soon as the ball is in play.

To the discretion of the offensive team who played the ball, ball stays in motion.. But when you ref, you must tell the team on your whistle so they know it won't count if they do that.
