I'm 2 years late and this guide is still so useful. It's weird how this doesn't have many views!

I can play most songs on hard with not many problems, but when it comes to extreme I fall behind. I can play a few songs on extreme but once the notes overlap and to much is happening on the screen I can't read it. I'm playing with both hands to try and get them, but for some reason it dosen't seem to work for me as I fall out of rhythm for those fast ones. Any tips for extreme difficulty?

I still absolutely suck but the 2 hands trick is helping me a lot I practiced it a bit and got a new record on a song I really like

Neat video I use the touchpad for slides instead of the analog sticks, though. Takes a little setup since its not officially supported in the pc version but it's a nice feature to have
