You need to put carpet on the floor and a heavy curtain on the wall behind your equipment. Right now all of those hard surfaces are reflecting the sound all over the place and making the audio sound absolutely terrible. Room acoustics 101!!!

That is a clean set up. Ive just bought the amp. I cant wait to pick it up next week.
It's more like a toy than a real sub. Sub should be big, heavy and powerfull to go deep. And it's heavily overpriced. SVS even can't produce their own speakers. They buy from Peerless.

You need speakers that are 6ohm or 8ohm for this receiver, per its available settings. I would not use 4ohm speakers because higher volume may damage the unit. It is a great receiver and was recently selling for $399 on Amazon but $499 on other sites. I just got mine.
Thanks for the reply I bought an old analogue Onkyo htr8230 and yamaha satellite speakers 6ohms, they are amazing, saved a lot of money, no point having hdmis for 5.1 as they are more sensitive and prone to fail, thank you for the response dear
