    Is Nobaskeron Secrets helpful to improve your skills? I have read numerous good stuff about Nobaskeron Secrets (look on google search engine).

    Thanks a lot for the upload. Really enjoy UA-cam for this sort of info.My best friend was previously bullied. He said he was gonna grow muscle mass. I chuckled... But then all of a sudden he added 40 pounds of full-strength muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible - look in Google. He doesn't get bullied any more. I subscribed a few days ago. See exactly what goes on. Not to mention this mans emails are awesome!!!

    He is preparing for the NFL combine, where reps with 225 is the only thing he will be tested on.

    It's funny when people call linemen "fat". Most linemen in the NFL run a 4"8-5"0 forty time. Anyone that can run a 5 flat in my mind can't be fat lol.

    Not to be disrespectful but those "Fat Ass Dudes" have a important role on a football team. They have to give the ball to the quarterback while protecting the quarterback from the other teams defense. And to be honest, those "Fat Ass Dudes" make more money than you will in your entire life.

    350# is the number i want to reach too !! i started just that since last week ..... more sets less reps more weight and in pyramids sets i hope to break my plateau in a month time

  • @turtleownage
    @turtleownage 12 років тому

    Pyramid sets are a good way, but after you reach your max on there, come back down and stop around 245-265 and do 2-3 sets of 5 reps, that's how I got past my 225 plateau and was able to bench around 350.

    do 5 sets of 5 reps of 225 or more. that will allow you to get big and stronger at the same time

  • @Vik1786
