Why don't you use pectin and soy jogurt for the jam? There is really no need to use gelatin or even store bought dairy yogurt. Didn't you have a vegan recipe book?
Hey there and thanks for your feedback! The yogurt in this video is actually soy yogurt. I usually do use vegan alternatives when making recipes like this jam. I just rarely use non-vegan options.. It's great that there are so many options available, and I encourage everyone to use the ingredients that best suit their preferences and dietary needs when making these recipes. Yes, I do have a vegan recipe E-book and have explored many vegan options. While I'm not vegan nowadays, I'm very familiar with and supportive of the wonderful possibilities that vegan ingredients offer. Thanks again for your comment and have a wonderful rest of the day! 😊
