    Did you disconnect the shifter from the cables through the hole?

      Hi, yes, remember that my assembly was broken, so it was easier to disassemble.

  • @Art_Vandelay_Industries

    How do you access the bolts to reverse them. Mine are so loose i cannot unscrew them even. And there is a whole bunch of sound deadening in the way that I'm hesitant to just rip out

    • @Mandroos
      @Mandroos 2 місяці тому

      Hi, I understand the sound deadening, not sure if it is the rubber sponge type? If it is, and it is not easy to remove, then make a small cut so open it like a book? You have to think creative. And remember to watch all the videos before you disassemble. You might need a strong magnet to help you from not losing the nuts. Good luck and let me know what you did.

      I saw that you assembly was broken so you could reach through the hole to remove the bolts. My shifter assembly is still attached, just loose. Don't know how to remove it in order to reverse the bolts. Thinking about cutting off the heads of the bolts with a dremel...

    What size is the belt

    • @Mandroos
      @Mandroos 7 місяців тому

      Hi, check out the other comment replies aswell. You either have the size with or without aircon. If you have aircon, it's the bigger belt. If no aircon. Smaller belt. But your local parts store should be able to help you with that. Through my local parts dealer I used a Bosch belt 6EPK1042 (aircon)(big belt)(inner belt) And a Gates belt 5PK69SF (power steering)(small belt)(outer belt)

    hello! how many litters of engine oil did you use for honda cbr 1000rr 2009 model? :)

    • @Mandroos
      @Mandroos 7 місяців тому

      Book says, after oil filter change 3L. After draining: 2.8L After oil filter change: 3L After assembly : 3.7L Hope that answers your question.

    4.4 liters in a NC700X manual transmission? There's something wrong...

    • @Mandroos
      @Mandroos 7 місяців тому

      I know the book says 3.7L but if you measure the amount of oil coming out, then it will make sense. And you can always check the dip stick to see when it's is full. Hope this helps.

      @@Mandroosonly way you're getting 700ml more out of it is by taking the whole engine apart. You are measuring wrong buddy

    Great video! Is it difficult to get the lever out and back in to the join? I see the most others have to remove the exhaust and get in from underneath?

    • @Mandroos
      @Mandroos Рік тому

      Thank you. It's not difficult. It just takes time and patience. The "original " way to remove, is to do it under the car. But that is too much work. So with the right tool and the right amount of patience. Anything is possible. Thank tou for watching. Maybe the other videos will help with other questions?

      @@Mandroos Thank you for replying I watched your other videos, and the only thing I 'fear' is that the bolts fall into the mechanism when I undo them - but you mentioned that a magnet can get them?

    • @Mandroos
      @Mandroos Рік тому

      @@magnusnaefwinding3937 Hi. Yes. About the Nuys falling into a space tou won't find them. Before you start doing all this work, make sure you have a good magnet with you, that will prevent the nuts from falling into a space where you won't be able to get them again. The nuts aren't anything special anyways. If you look at the nuts I used they are different to the original ones. The original nuts are lock nuts, where these nuts are just normal nuts that I put some glue to lock into place. Locktite, thread lock, would be the best thing to use to keep it in place. Goodluck. Myne still holds. Maybe I'll do a video update to see and show that it still holds up?
