Hi, I purchased yesterday 11 am one month payment plan. I have an email confirmation BUT I can't use the app😮😮I emailed sales,uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still the same. From before I have noticed that your costumer support lack presence. I love the app but what I have to do to use it after payment 😮😮 Update1. After 16 hours I could use the app. 2. I can't download/export the video in my device gallery. It gives me ILLIGAL REQUEST PARAMETER. WHY?😮😮

Hello! Do you mean you want to add a scene with AI voice over script to your voice based project? Currently, you can only add a scene with different script, if you are editing on a project that is AI voice over based.
Where has this feature gone to?? Found it, have to pay another 10 USD just for the function that was in the beta, what a joke. The platform has become worse for more, typical.

I AM TRYING to use VISLA for a Month now. Such a struggle, unbelievable 😢😢😢!!! For 40 sec video it takes me like 3 hours if lucky! I don't believe that in 2024 to generate audio for a short video takes so much time. Fix it please 🙏

@@lilia-maria So on the top left-hand corner, you will say an icon with your initials and will say something like "[your name] workspace". Next to that, you will a three-dot symbol, when you click on it, a drop-down menu should appear. Then all you have to do is click "Dashboard" and that should show you your credits. Hopefully that helps!

Hello, we currently do not do voice cloning. However, if you have a voice-over created from another voice cloning application, you can upload it as the voice-over in your Visla project.
I agree with another commenter - the background music on this is far too loud (especially for a tutorial type video).

When I take these steps, I’m only able to add the iPhone camera as a 2nd camera, with the FaceTime camera as the primary. How can I set the iPhone camera as the primary and remove the FaceTime camera from the recording?
