Sorry it got cutoff on the last few frames but you might be able to freeze frame it. I think it's just 60/30/30 for vigor/mind/endurance, and then 99/99 INT/FTH for the seal and 70 DEX for the cast speed. As I mentioned in the description this was just trying out stupid stats as a proof of concept because I was not getting it done at level 175 with a more normal 80 FTH only for the Erdtree Seal. Maybe I coulda squeezed it out with the normal build if I kept at it, but I hate this fight.

That was my experience as well - I usually play full STR with two handed straight sword or a hammer. It just can't get it done on Radahn within a normal amount of timeframe and skill level. Like yeah I know Ongbal and others are out there no-hitting it, but I'm not them. And I shouldn't have to be to beat a boss with the same build I've used for every other boss with no real issues.

Word, made a CGS build (Godslayer's Greatsword so mainly Dex/Fai). Both this one and Messmer I felt the need to switch to a faster backup weapon just to get some hit windows without having to do really punishing trades ;'P

@@rayfranklin7646 Same situation here. Decided to go full STR, no sorceries or incantations, just for the DLC. Went through the whole game and DLC with Greatsword and then the Ruins Greatsword. Got to Redahn and got planted. Really bummed that I'm going to have to respec just to finish the DLC with that particular playthrough. Seems like bad design to me.

Cannot relate to any of you. Radahn was totally manageable with a colossal. Do you guys not use the rolling R1?

@@SanjeevRau Never used the rolling R1. Anywhere I could get one in I would rather get in a tapped charge. Granted, I only used greatswords, Didnt have enough equip load to use a colossal. Did you manage to stagger him? Or were you just doing good damage.

Yeah the fps counter actually demonstrates another broken aspect of the fight lol. This is with a 3080 ti and a Ryzen 7 5800X btw.

consort radahns is completly fine, no need adjustments. finally an actual hard boss, i wish more bosses would be just half as difficult as he. and if you want the possibility is still there to cheese him with shields and etc...

@@worgenlord3424 I simply disagree. At the very least they need to give more consistent openings in between his phase two attack strings. I could live with that because truth is there are very easy ways to mitigate the amount of holy damage you take. Dodging 5-6x in a row only to be able to throw out maybe 1-2 light attacks at best before doing it all over again is just not enjoyable for me.

Agreed, phase 1 is fine. I'd still have problems with this being the last DLC fight conceptually, but mechanically it wouldn't be anywhere near as frustrating.

@@klausmandorfer6118 This was a Dragon Cult caster playthrough and I was disappointed that ADLS just doesn't do enough damage to him to be worth the trade. he's too smol! On the other hand it smoked many other bosses with no issue.

fuck I thought I had it in the clip. well I'm not reinstalling just to find out, it's just whatever basic infiltrator build. Incinerate at 1, I remember that. max sticky single target damage and max damage from cloak.

really ? never played andromeda but this looks like fun, but hey you play godlike so I belive you. Open maps and jumping/ slashing air seems nice tho

yeah the air mobility with jetpacks was kinda neat but according to the devs themselves they had to sacrifice so many other aspects to include that and not have the characters be too powerful or simply make every enemy one-shot you. that's why powers were toned down, recharge times were heavily extended, etc. maybe there's a way to have ME3's "power fantasy" as well as Andromeda's mobility but if I had to choose one over the other I'd go with ME3 any day

Well at least infiltrators dont need lot of powers to be effective . This just look like an action movie, and in me 3 I couldnt resist 200 positive cooldown bonus and spamming throw, concussive shot, overload with other classes. And I see cloak is making you shift to another dimension in andromeda just like in me 2 :D I hate cloak in me 3 for this " realistic " feel.

I uninstalled so I can't go look but yeah, Combat Cloak for the extra power and gun damage. Whatever evos for max damage on Stickies, but no DOT. Soloing Platinum basically requires Combat Fitness to be maxed so I left Incinerate at one point.

If you are lucky and avoid that task where you have to hold several locations you can do it.

It's not solely about gear just because you have BWidow X with siphon doesn't make plat free you gotta learn to navigate which is key. As shown in this video the player knows exactly where all ammo boxes are and the locations he wants to take his fights at, you notice he always retreat to the same 4 5 spots and as soon as they start to cluster the player dips to the next location. Even with that being said there are simply to many enemies to cover every flank. Soloing plat is not as simple as having best gun and mods in the game you gotta study the map and your character along with having enough game sense to know when to fight or flight

Very. No reason to use anything else on Platinum. Bulwark DR is pathetic and Conc damage is too weak to be useful. Heal to full in one headshot? Yes pls.

Their weight is reduced drastically as they approach rank X. and it's black widow, which is lighter than widow I think.

You can run a weapons or melee build and do fine on gold, most of my clears are in the 12-15 minute range. Doing bronze only is just not a viable solution to maxing character level or maxing a significant portion of the manifest

True. I'm holding out hope that they'll do some sweeping balance changes to make silver/gold more enjoyable but for now its just not enjoyable. i play bronze because i like to mess around with the characters and weapons i have and still be able to kill things. i'll worry about maxing out gold/n7 stuff later....i hope

It's just values though. It could be fixed in a single patch. That is if the devs get their heads out of their asses some time soon.

RayFranklin hey, what packs do you use to get the vanquisher from? struggling to get one from expert packs, or am I just unlucky?

Just unlucky, I've got most Rares up to rank IV or V and I still have yet to drop a Lanat or Equalizer. Keep at it with Expert Packs.

Why would expert packs be better than premium? - Isn't a premium pack basically just two expert packs? with a much higher chance of N7 weapons

A couple others are at least close. Now that the headshot damage with Vanq is back to x2 instead of x3, the Black Widow and Valiant are comparable. And there's some pistols/SMGs like the Talon, Scorpion, Equalizer and Hurricane that are just fine. Almost everything else is just pitiful in comparison.

The i-frames in this game are so stupidly inconsistent. I think the majority of his misses in this video were from me just being outside his melee range. I found that to be much more reliable than relying on i-frames during the roll.
