Yes, that’s a.. strange way of showing affection because that’s not her son, and even if he were, he’s way past the age of kissing her on the mouth without it being odd. Not a kid anymore. But clearly he doesn’t see her as anything else than someone who could be his mother. So saying he’s “cheating” is just reaching. But this girl clearly loves and wants clout so exaggerating is always their first option, not surprising.
