You basically said that captain America can beat all of Batman’s villains in a 1v1 fight which is biased because obviously. Like we know he can whoop Riddler in a fight but this fact is riddler would put him in a whole bunch of scenarios that would give Cap a challenge. Same with Joker, he would’ve had so much shit going on in the city, Cap would have to choose to help others or approach Joker it wouldn’t be as simple as “shield bash”. The villains he would have to fight 1v1 like Croc, Bane, and even Deathstroke I’ll give it to Cap, but like scarecrow, Joker, even riddler, he would most definitely struggle because they’re not physically challenging villains but the tricks they have. Cap doesn’t have the detective skills or the prep that Batman would have in these situations. I’m not saying that Cap can’t survive the Arkham universe but to basically say he just no diff the villains with shield bash is crazy

The lowball of Batman villains is crazy, your whole argument against most of them is that he can just smash them with his shield or overpower them, while you are not considering external factors at all in these fights. Batman knew everything about these villains and still struggled. Yet here you are just assuming that Cap will automatically figure out a way to beat them. You are seriously highballing Cap's intelligence here.

I can see Riddler hacking into whatever headset Cap is using (probably just to talk to get SHIELD and get updates like Alfred does for Batman) and Cap could do one of two things: 1: Understand that his comms have been compromised and just break/stop using the headset and go through everything as it happens and by ear with local police because while Batman knows Riddler and goes along with that stuff because he knows eventually it leads to Riddler going to jail, Cap doesn’t know him and would prefer to move without the worry of what Riddler could be doing with access to his comms. 2: Cap could play along up until he gets to the more complicated puzzles, where he would find a really simple solution to the “riddle” that Riddler would consider cheating. Example: Riddles involving him having to maneuver around saw blades he could just use his shield and strength to disable the blades by throwing his shield through it or using the shield to jam the blades and keep them from moving and causing them to break A more funny option is for riddle involving electric panels. Cap’s shield doesn’t conduct electricity and so he can use it as a sled to slide across the panels without needing to worry about the electric panels Riddler uses for mazes
