Nothing this week I'm particularly excited about. I am thinking about getting the Ensley Reign palettes that release next week.

This was fun to watch because I do complex looks with multiple shades! Sometimes I catch a video where someone is trying to create the same look on both eyes, but then they do like a 2-shade look - that's not my life! lol Both eyes look great, but I love the shifty look of the ColourPop eye.

Everything looked pretty good except the gray undertone of the liquid highlighter and the clumping of that one liquid eyeshadow. I think you made them work regardless.

Congratulations on subscriber mail. It's exciting trying a new brand. It seems like a solid palette.

I've heard that about their ambassador program before. I'm not surprised since they bombed with the foundation situation. I don't expect anything decent from them. What's messed up is that some people will do this. We know people will lie for product and commission on purchases. At this point, I'm 👀 those people because I already knew how the brand was. Okay, so she lied and get one product and stickers. Did she really think she'd receive something of value from a brand/company like that? Also, does she not realize how that makes her look? She admits to lying 🙄😐😑

Haven't tried this brand but that's a nice gift and definitely haven't tried youthforia!

At the same time, once something is expressed as an issue by so many consumers, the brand may feel obligated to address it. I do feel people should be paid for their work, especially if a company is profiting from their work. I think their statement is an update. Back when i had that situation, around that time, they said they were looking for artists to tweak AI artwork to make it unique to their brand. I'm glad they're still working on it. Not a consumer of that brand. Not quite my aesthetic. So, I'm sit back and sip my water 😏

I think it’s cool of them that they’re trying to correct their mistake. A company technically doesn’t have to do that for the public. I saw some of the comments on the AI thing and some of them are harsh. I understand they were mad but I still think some people could have been more constructive and that kind of reply helps the person learn from their mistake more than spewing mean things. I just stopped buying from them when I learned they were using AI. But glad to know the update, thank you. I really like the palette I have from them so I was sad when I had to stop buying from them so I’m excited to finally be able to purchase from them again.

I am looking forward to using this palette and the mattes swatched pretty well. I have been getting ER since the Brittany Hoffman Collab. I don't care about AI, but I have to say that I gave groovy garden away because it was so freakin ugly to me regardless of how great the quality of all the shades were.

I don't think any brand should have to disclose who they're working with. They don't owe that to us, it can put them and their business contact at risk.
