Thank you for the video as I was not aware of this and it gave me an idea. I use a cold brew filter pitcher and I am fine with letting it steep for 24 hours, but also have a couple of Vitamix blenders so I assume I could do the same thing and then just pour it out through a filter or strainer. I'll be trying that out in the next day or two.

I jsut ran a calc clean for the first time. i got 99.99999999999999999999999% of the water coming out of the frother / hot water tube. i got nothing but dribbles out of the main spout. the machine would do gadzzzz... gadzzzz. gadzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz with water flowing out of the hot water spout fort about 10 seconds. Then it woudl do Gdzzzz... gaddzzzz... and a dribble or a few drops of water would come out the main spout. This would repeat over and over till the water was empty. The rinsing cycle also dispensed ***NOTHING*** what so ever out of the main spout.

The default coffee mode will only fill up about 40% of a regular coffee cup. I did the adjustment setting, but still, only got it up to about 60% of a standard-sized coffee cup. Is anyone else experiencing and annoyed by that? In the meantime, my workaround is to do a custom fill 45% and just run the coffee mode twice.

sorry but off experience with coffee at restaurants, even when it’s weak it doesn’t taste bad with cream and sugar, to really know if the coffee is good or weak

Did you mean you started with pistachio "pudding"? I know you said you started with pistachio ice cream. Maybe didn't mean that?

You do know that you can adjust the strength and amount of espresso you get. Along with the foam amount and normally the temperature as well

Official videos also says you should open the side lid, take out the entire grinder block, and clean that also. How often do you do that, they recommend weekly. Sounds like alot of work for this machine
