I appreciate the walk-through. I would say that water is not the problem with the flavor when the calcification is the issue. It’s got like a sour coffee flavor when it needs to be done, and I usually notice that the day before the machine tells me.

The steam wand is supposed to be wiped immediately- at least with the Pro , this one looks similar- it’s giving me serious anxiety!!!!!!

Good machine, I have had for two years. Pros: customize for lots of profiles, great coffee, if you like hot I’ve noticed the second cup is hotter, super easy to clean and keep clean. Cons: uses lots of beans, slightly louder, my shoot for not using beans never worked, milk frother tube is hard to clean it does self clean but can still get dirty inside tube, the bean tray has to be cleaned often. Other than that it is worth the money enjoy!

After using the milk do you need to clean that part? how does that work?

Great video. 2 questions if I may. When removing the frother from the unit do you need to press the button on the side of the frother I assume no and it’s just a pull out as with the hot water attachment. There is nothing on the manual about this. But in one of their official UA-cam videos the guy presses the button to release it from the machine. When inserting the connecter back into the frother unit after cleaning do you need to press the button on the frother as you do when removing the connecter from the frother. On their website they have two manuals one says to push the button when inserting back and the other manual says to press the button then push the connector back in. Thanks!

DO NOT BUY! This machine is GARBAGE. I own one, and it constantly requires cleaning and leaks EVERYWHERE FROM UNDERNEATH! It hardly ever stays connected to the app, which is required for cleaning. It is NOISY. Once in a while, pressing the button does nothing. The manual is CRAP. The company sent me a second one, which IS WORSE THEN THE FIRST. I have NEVER seen a worse design of ANY product in my life. I am a Mechanical Engineer of 30 years and know my stuff. BUYER BEWARE!

You can make them stronger with the settings. You stirred it so that may have made the foam not as good.

My calc clean indicator is lite up. But nothing else works- hold it for 3 secs 10 secs doesn’t matter- no response. I can run nothing else. Any ideas what is happening with it?

What about the coffee temperature at first brew ? UL testers states coffee should be at least 200-210 degrees. My Ninija coffee maker registered 180 degrees at first brew. What was yours ?

I can tell just by looking at it that it isn't a frappuccino consistency. Also, I've never had a frap with any ice in it. I really don't know how they make those things so perfect, but I'm still searching for a way to make them myself.

The instruction are for machines without a descaling program. You have one, so this was not necessary

I use the black tool on the porta filter when I go dump the grinds out! it helps to keep the filter basket in place so it doesn't go in the trash can!

I think I'm going to use this as a drinking game: Take a drink every time you say, "I probably cut this too deep."
