      @@teresascott7085 yes most people do not know this. It is an ancient Ayruvedic medicine concept. I do not eat this way all the time, but I am usually pretty careful and I do notice a huge difference for better digestion.

    I struggled with depression and tons of other health issues for decades. Then four years with a functional medicine doctor and a naturopathic doctor and I still wasn’t better.       @@teresascott7085 💯yes!!! a great simple tool is that free to live guide that came in your Git & Immune Protocol pack!!! it is really not that difficult. And those four superfood powders that I recommend if you are eating a clean diet will pretty much cover the bases. Some of the foods that I am intentional about… Clean wild catfish 2 to 3 times per week, black seeds and pumpkin seeds because those are loaded with minerals and fat and fiber. Pasteurized eggs, and of course, lots of fruits and vegetables . Again, refer to that guide and you will have no problem!

      @@teresascott7085 yes! I post videos from time to time on eating clean on a tight budget. Think about buying things in bulk, eliminating bottled and canned beverages, trips to Starbucks, etc.. canned sardines or wild salmon are also a great Healthy options that are pretty inexpensive and shopping at Costco if that is an option. I get my wild canned salmon there.

    Sunshine is free! Just two minutes of sun exposure gives you your 600 IU recommended daily allowance. Also, your body can store up vitamin D so get extra sunshine during the warmer months and be sure to eat a diet rich and vitamin D foods.!!

      The vitamin D isn't actually a vitamin. It doesn't absorb into the body with the fake vitamin D so doing so only does harm to the body. Get sun and foods with it instead. I learned on Zoe today I saw this episode.

I get my salmon fresh at Whole Foods market. It is sustainably raised in the ocean off of Norway. It is sold in Europe as organic, but in the United States it is sold as sustainably raised. I am not sure that this is answering your questions, but I am also not sure how you want me to answer.???

Where was it packed in that can and you are still avoiding the answer.       I am not so sure about rice being super healthy. Rice is a grain with glycemic index higher than bread or pasta, so the glucose and insulin spikes are very high and those are not healthy at all. Switch rice for red and fatty meat and therr you have healthy food for your metabolic health. 🎉

      @@rahneclark1902 I actually do the same. I occasionally do brown jasmine rice, but rice tends to be a bit more high glycemic. Sometimes I make the brown jasmine rice and make it into a rice pudding and eat it cold because cold rice becomes resistant starch and is super food for your colon…. Wild rice is actually technically a seed and a source of complete protein. I love wild rice! It is such a great healthy choice. Thank you so much for commenting on my post.       @@capollyon a lot of people choose white rice and that really is not good for us! brown rice has a lower glycemic index than white rice. If you eat it cold, it becomes resistant starch and much lower glycemic index. I sometimes make brown jasmine rice and make it into a pudding and eat it cold because that resistance starch is superfood for our colon. Grains have important nutrients that meat does not have! My functional medicine doctor put me on a grain free diet for three years and I felt like crap at the end of it. Also, wild rice is technically a seeded and a complete protein. Packed with fiber and lots of nutrients that we need! Food is medicine! We can change our lives

      @@NewDayWholeHealth watch out for mold when doing Rice. It turns mold easily and you can't see it at first. I don't do leftovers anymore. I used to have it for leftover for recipes but not anymore.

      @@oljaaaaaaa eggs are really pretty easy to digest and a true sourdough bread also because it is fermented which means it is all wet ready somewhat “predigested”… The sourdough process, helps to break down the the lectins and the gluten content that make the bread hard to digest. And yes, combining animal, protein, like meat or chicken can be very hard to digest along with grains. That is an Ayurvedic medicine concept that has been around for thousands of years. I adhered to that concept for the most part because I find it is very helpful for better digestion. I have found that the healthier my gut is the more I can get away with eating a meal from time to time that is not properly combined. Tacos with organic corn shells. Because sometimes you just need a taco.♥️🤣. And also because we shouldn’t have to live so restricted. Thank you for commenting on my post and I hope that I will see you more on my page!!

I used both Celtic and Redman’s real and did lots of other changes to my health so I guess I am not super concerned about it because I felt like it was a big piece of my healing.       @@mihaelabanica1130 there are often a lot of other issues that need to be addressed… Decreasing your toxin load, cleaning up your diet, addressing nutrient deficiencies. a lot of people have good success with switching over their salt but long-term.
