Rope Dropping Disneyland is when you arrive at the park before it has officially opened. At 8 am, the "rope drops" and guests are allowed into the park. From there it's a mad dash for everyone to try and get to their favorite attraction first. Today we tried Indiana Jones Adventure. It wasn't open when the park opened, so we opted for Rise of the Resistance instead.
