Watched as a kid thought he was so silly
Oh, so this is the Galloping Gourmet. I remember references to this show when Graham Kerr had his other cooking show in the 80s? And it was on one of the local channels. His big focus was on making food healthier, like Jamie Oliver’s tried to do.
i have some episodes of that show on my channel too. it's called "graham kerr's kitchen". he's not as wacky, and does focus on healthy eating, but he mellowed into a charming gentleman. far from his playboy persona of the 60s/70s.
Three Legends on One Stage
I love Graham Kerr & this was a refreshing & fun cooking show.
yeah he made it feel like you were just hanging out in his kitchen.
This was funny. I remember this commercial as a kid! Memories! Memories!
Graham inspired me to love cooking… such a lovely happy man…enjoyed every moment of his show 🤗
The only band that increases my dopamine levels instead of adrenaline.
Super cool!
Smile of a Child is a wholesome gospel channel and I remember watching some joy junction episodes before and it's really weird why I haven't seen some lately and now I know why
they were pulled from the air about 10 years ago
When I was 17 I started watching him when I was home from school. I had already had the "chore" of cooking dinner every night. I saw him an thought, " wait a minute . You can have fun doing this?" I was sold..
Is this where Floyd got his repartee from?..❤
Happy New Year🎉❤
creepiest puppet i've ever seen, looks like it's scheming
-- After reading the two comments above, the first thing that popped into my head was "video killed the radio star..." which was the early mantra of MTV. While the likes of MTV or VH1 didn't actually kill radio, as a medium by which music is played, rock radio is almost dead now simply due to the proliferation of music over the internet. As an artist that's new and coming up, the only way to get your music out there is over the web because it sure as hell isn't going to get played over the radio and even music video stations on cable or satellite TV are almost dead. Oh, the irony. The bottom line is that practically all data, video and audio will soon be only found on the net on one website or another. Rock radio was doomed with the invention of the solid state transistor, we just didn't know it yet, but it isn't just rock radio... it's pop and other genres of music that will continue to go by the wayside as well. It was only a matter of time when you look at the progress of technology over time. The invention of computers, the invention of the internet and ultimately the spread of data in any form across the internet. It is the medium by which we currently and most likely will continue to use in the future to access data in any form including music. It doesn't really matter if you're young or old. Everyone born from 1990 until now was born into the world of computers and the internet just being a heavy part of our lives. Now I'm not saying radio or television will ultimately go away fully as if they never existed but it's obvious those mediums are not what are being used nor will likely to be used in the future for music. It's just too easy to access what you want, at any time you want on a cell phone or tablet or the equivalent of a laptop computer when you just take them along with you wherever you go. That's what has really led to the downfall of rock music on the radio but I suspect all music in general will suffer the same fate. My biggest gripes in regards to radio in general while I was still listening to it was that there were far too many commercials, way too many yammering DJ's and station managers that seemed to set the playlists based on so-called marketing reports as opposed to allowing the DJs to play what they wanted at any time while incorporating new music into the playlists. On the last remaining rock station I listen to back in the day, it got so bad that I could tell you what time of the day it was based on what was on rock radio and I could even tell you the next song or two or three coming up because they would play the same damn songs over and over and over again every single day including in the same exact order! What really kills me is that it seemed the total playlist for any 24-hour period was based on the same 50 or so songs with little to no deviation. Even some of the best bands that had a dozen to a dozen and a half great songs typically had only one or two of their songs played and that was it. And it all came about because some "genius" decided that they would attempt to garner the biggest audience and best ratings based on their idiot marketing reports. As for me, I decided to completely ditch radio and create my own playlist on my computer so that I could hear exactly what I wanted to hear at any given time without interruptions from anyone or anything. As for new music, I merely looked to the internet while comparing notes with other folks around the world who were also into rock music. Any new songs or bands that rose up and became popular were exposed due to word of mouth by people who were willing to give them a chance while watching and listening to new material on the web. That continues to this day. In fact, I can't name one song or one band in at least 20 years that I didn't find via word of mouth or due to me blindly stumbling across them over the internet. Radio? MTV or other music video stations? They've all been dead to me for well over 20 years and that will undoubtedly continue to be true into the future. - Max Giganteum
Who the hell has 19 guinea pigs? Leave it to Ron to ask the kids to join the Mailbox Club.😱

Here's Graham Kerr cooking more tasteless pablum. Banning a comment that you disapprove of, demonstrates a lack of maturity. @thesweeples3266 6 days ago "Gosh, thanks so much for taking the time to share that with is. You are a special person for doing so. Really, you are." Is this what your Jewish zombie would say?
Celery with peanut butter on the set. What could go wrong? lol
Well Ron did get his wish about having his picture in the newspapers years later. lol
I watched this the first time around! He was so popular and he sure drank a lot of wine!❤❤❤
In these shows, it seems Jimmy Carter was President over 25 years early. (I know it was supposed to be Truman, but it sounds a lot more like Jimmy!)
I wonder if anyone has some of the episodes from the 1990s on vhs somewhere. 🤔 I remember watching this on my local TBN affiliate.
i'd like to see those myself to see how the show evolved. sadly, as technology evolved and people got rid of their old VHS tapes, they were thrown out not knowing what was on them would be so controversial years later.
O my God!!!! I remember listening to him with my mom. Well, I had no choice at that time of course being so young but I always thought he looked like Dick Van Dike! 😊
it's 1997
I would play this record over and over still makes me laugh
mel brooks will be 99 in june. a national treasure and a comedy legend.
I think I saw this when I was younger
That creepy f puppet with those long eyelashes yikes!
It truly is a horrid thing for children to hear
I found a copy of this on an old tape but it was missing the last ten seconds. On the down side I won't be able to put up a unique find on UA-cam, but on the up side I got to see the last ten seconds.
keep searching through those old tapes! you never know what gems you might find.
