My name is Joyce Binitie. I am a chef and love adventure.I live in Abuja, Nigeria.
Cooking and creating recipes has always been one of my hobbies. As well as embarking on various adventure rides.

All you need for this are Habanero peppers to taste A bulb of onion Salt to taste ( I used a tbsp) 4 tbsp of Vegetable oil A tbsp of margarine A tbsp of black pepper to taste A tbsp of dried shallots 4 tbsp of crushed Stock cubes Grill for 4 hours alternating between high and low heat.
