Are you not painting bomb shelter with rack already installed? Also any space constraint routing water heater pipe and aircon pipe? Nice job on the acrylic n lighting on the bathroom. 👍
Thank you for your kind words😊 We will only be painting the bomb shelter ceiling, so no need to shift everything out. There is still some space inside the service yard for the storage heater. Careful space planning is required for everything to fit inside the service yard
How did you remove the metal panel dividers for your toilet?
They were not secured in any way for our situation, and are free to be removed. Is yours stuck?

Hi there, we really do not know. This is a showflat done up by HDB to give homeowners an idea of how to design
High floors.. maybe after five years can sell millions..than downgrade to 2room..😂😂😂

We wanted to take 4 room, however these days, between price, location and size, we can only choose 1. If we had ballot for 4rm, the applicant to unit ratio was 12:1. That means that we have to ballot for 12 times on average to get a 4rm flat in this project

I ever feedback to the Bsc due to the structure and poor design there are many things need to top up high cost like this eg…storage water heater 😢

Jason u installing 35L water tank heater? I intend to do so, my current house is 45L, not sure if common bathroom wall will look ugly if 45L tank
35L is enough lah.. yes. It can be ugly. Box it up, so you can't see the tank and the pipings
Yes same with mine unable to install storage water heater need to extend the beam another cost not cheap😢

The view wasnt worth showing. It was an empty rooftop of another building, with glaring green lights pointing at the room window at night
