Really depends if it's generated from a photo or a video or just from a text prompt. If it's video to to video, that's not that impressive. It's kind of like just adding a filter onto an existing video. And then there's the lip syncing. Since there's no audio, it's assumed they are just speaking gibberish. And then there's character consistency. If they are made from a photo or AI image of someone, then we need to know. We need more info about how these were created in order to judge whether it's good or not.
