Drowsy Driving - PSA
Drowsy driving is dangerous, but can be prevented.
Getting adequate sleep on a daily basis is the only true way to protect yourself against the risks of drowsy driving. You should avoid driving during the peak sleepiness periods (12am to 6am), and stay vigilant for signs of drowsiness.
If you find yourself dozing off, pull over and have a quick nap.
