Does the House You're Working on Contain Asbestos?
HOT DANG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
clear straight to the point
If it goes to your lungs, it’s a disease called pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis
Guys, I used this this saw and face same situation.. it's kick back while cutting especially end of cutting.. any suggestions..I'm new to this field and trying to do small shed at backyard😅
Keep your left arm outstretched and locked in position!
L4-5. there is a small left foraminal disc protrusion superimposed upon a diffuse disc annular bulge with mild facet arthropathy and endplate spurring. Mild left foraminal narrowing results. The central canal and right neural foramen appear patent. I have my big toe numb and I feel numb around that areas of the big toe and calf sore. Does it need surgery? Or can heal by itself? Been on this since January I already had 3 injections and Theraphy
Chainsaw man reference?!?!?
The best way to avoid being injured by a chainsaw is to pay someone else to do any work that requires use of a chainsaw.
Dis why i always hold the chainsaw upside-down
Bro I hang upside down and use it right side up. Wait..
what a dull ass chain... learn to sharpen
I always drink a powerade before chainsawing~
Sooooo..... Use common sense and make sure theres nothing behind your cut
2:30 I’m pretty sure that chainsaws are banned for use in construction in the U.K. Why on earth is he using a chainsaw to cut a thin piece of board? There are jigsaws, circular saws etc. for this sort of thing. Chainsaws on anything smaller than a 2 or 3 inch limb is likely to flick the chain off which is a nuisance and potentially very dangerous.
I'm doubting the idea of standing to the side of a cut because if kickback occurs, your hand will likely pull the saw towards your neck. At that point you'll want to hope to God that chain brake engages via inertia.. even then it's probably going to hurt
It’s a miracle I wasn’t seriously injured the first time I used a chainsaw. I had no clue about kickback
Same…
Same
Same ...
Same...
Same!
Great upload! Thx!
Thanks for the help
Nice work
I always stand on the left side of the chainsaw when cutting, but my penis is still well over to the right!
Thank you sir!
Great video! Thanks a bunch!
I've used a Stihl 090 with no chainbrake for 30 years. Chainbrakes are for women and gays.
Jesus is gay
or DON'T be a dumbass and know where the tip is.......
3:24 so we’re just gonna ignore the typo right? Practise?
I have disc protrusion ..what I have to do
how are you now
I have disc protrusion ..what I have to do
Es que lo veo, y no entiendo ni papa inglés.....
The best way to totally avoid kickbacks is to totally avoid chainsaws.
Other notable ways: hide in a closet forever. Have arms removed. Only use chainsaws w no chain. Be an astronaut and live in space. Wait, are there space chainsaws
Unfortunately, there are many instances where you can't avoid using them.
We can thank God that lads like me are willing to take the risk so that those large dying tree limbs don’t fall down and kill someone. Someone’s gotta get the wood for our houses and furniture too.
What chainsaw is he using? Would love to get my hands on a one that looks that sturdy with the metal chain brake.
Looks like an old husqvarna 288
It looks similar to my partner p70. But it’s not a partner(at least I don’t think it is)
It's without a doubt a Husqvarna 266. I have four of them! The metal brake flag is actually aluminum, and they're prone to bending.
No joke! I was cutting a tree and had checked for ANY nails and missed one! It grabbed the nail and sent the flying chain right into my face! It cut not only through the protective gear but gave a pretty good nick to my nose! If the chainbreak hadn't done it's job this could have ended...well...cosmetically worse lol
I have a disc protrusion but I’m not in pain
Did you get a MRI?
How are you now
He kind of Implys that you someones gona operate chainsaw with one hand lol, Like obviously your not gona go gangster style and use one hand to cut the wood. Its commons sense, and yes you should always have your hand tilted so that if there is a kickback, the top of your hand will hit the engine brake.
how was that person able to plunge in by placing the tip on interior wall panels if contact with tip can cause kick back?
Kick back zone is between 3 & 12 o’clock He is cutting below the 3 o’clock zone
0:16 Arrrrggggghhhh..... I was saving that jam for lunch.
This video saved my leg, Thank you so much! 🤞
Am i able to use this video for educational purposes?
I always like to make two precise cuts right next to each other about a blades width apart to prevent pinching. Feel like this should be a SOP for cutting branches and logs that have the potential to pinch.
that's not going to prevent the kind of pinching that causes kickback, when the weight of the log shifts closing the cut, extra kerf isn't going to stop the pinch, proper cutting technique just needs to be used.
@@redclayfarm6490 or perhaps you let him know of wedges.
I had a few small trees fall. So I got an electric 10 amp chainsaw. I'm going to take it slow. Any other concerns?
not alot, but don't expect too much power coming out, might take a while to cut it. But i guess apply the same principles as you would would any tree cutting.
For small trees I started using a saws all with a diablo pruning blade.
excellent animation, life savior ...
Nice explanation
Kickback is when the chainsaw, caused by the high speed of the saw blades, is, for whatever reason or reasons, unacceptably is forced back by undue forces right into the path of the chainsaw operator, usually towards the hands, chest, neck, hip, or even the face of the operator, and if the blades touch any of these areas during kickback, serious injuries can result. A typical kickback injury risk happens when, say, you use the saw on the bottom of the tree trunk to take the tree down, and after you cut, you pull the saw back of the tree too fast and suddenly, some extra force kicks the saw backward (hence the "kickback"), which forces the whole saw even more backwards towards you and the blades - in just seconds - are in the direct path of you and BOOM! - you are badly cut or lacerated as a result of this.
Thanks for the info
There is only one kickback and that is bar tip dig in the one that was pinched in a closing cut is called push back
It is a nice plant but you can’t touch it
ANYONE WANT TO SNIFF MY WORK BOOTS?
Brakes are a false sense of security, and Don't cover All situations, and are Useless because 90% of people DONT test their brakes to make sure they Actually fucking work!!! Of course the Biggest Safety device is YOU, don't be a dumbass....pay attention to what you're doing, don't rush, don't think "it's a routine cut"......there's NO such thing as a Routine cut, anything can happen...stay alert. Would you just jump in a car, go 120mph, THEN finally press the Brakes to see if they work?
6) Don't use a chainsaw to cut interior plywood...unless you're a hillbilly.
I hear it's popular in Texas according to a horror movie I once saw...
yea wtf was that? lol
Hard to take the rest of the video seriously after I saw that.
@@Tailspin80 carbon monoxide
Yea. Maybe this was made before sawzalls n whatnot were popular lol idk. I've seen old videos where guys use chainsaws for all kinds of random sht that I'd never try
Never used chainsaw before. Just bought me a $99 cheap Chinese saw from online. Tomorrow I will use it. Great video, I feel like I am pro already. 😂😂😂
Gone but never forgotten. Rip china chainsaw guy
China chainsaw guy shook hands with danger. RIP.
Saw is clearly dull and not even useable! Operator is in line of the bar ,major risk of injury!
thanks
