my 5 legit issues with the genesis coupe, 1) no back up cam 2) no V8 version 3) the manual transmission isnt that great 4) no passenger power seats 5) ugly ass grill but overall im happy with my 2013 genesis coupe 3.8 track manual trans.

Buy a BK2 2.0T if you want to smoke regular traffic. Tons of boost stock even if you keep it stock but easily upgraded, stock it's the equivalent to a G37. BK2 3.8 if you want to smoke 370Z and keep up with the other big boys. Tons of power straight from the factory and fast as hell.

those bk1 rspec wheels sit nice on the genesis i been looking for those, hard to come by locally

bro the bumper clips quality thing is so real. when i lowered mine on BCs my front bumper instantly broke on both sides a little bit and now just hangs off slightly :( if you know anyway to fix it besides getting a new bumper or quick release please let me know!!

dont forget about the problems when it rains!! bad taillight gaskets and water leaking into the interior

Just got my new genesis 3.8 r spec. Its lowered and no one talks about how well the car sticks to the ground. Its very fun a good car to take out on cruises. Ita got enough power to get the tires burning and still be a joy to ride

I got the exact same car! Haven’t seen anyone with a black one like mine, only problem is the peeling on the steering wheel and the plastic “metal” paint in the inside

2013 3.8 R-Spec 6spd here. Black with red leather seat trim. Just hit 65k Miles. Car is an absolute peach, love it. Hyundai really did the new 3.8 right.

Ok having water over heating problem. That’s a headache. I changed good engine oil and coolant. It worked for couple days and it’s happening again.
