The Chief Betts is apparently doing the best he can with the force and budget he's being provided. I support his initiatives. I believe the Peterborough Police needs more funding and the tax hike is reasonable in that regard. The court systems ability to maintain public safety with increased holding of those likely to reoffend is where I would like to know where to make change. Any Input greatly appreciated!
