Is there going to be a video about Blake Snell opting out? I can’t imagine he thinks he’s going to get more money elsewhere based off of his 2024 performance. It also potentially puts the Giants up in limbo on whether they should buy in to be contenders for 2025.

It was a very interesting start for Blake Snell. It really hurts the rest of the pitching staff but 40+ pitches in one inning is crazy to come back and pitch another

Would you say that a top two of Logan Webb and Blake Snell is stronger than the top two for Phillies with Zack Wheeler and Aaron Nola. We have seen the Phillies make multiple deep playoff runs in recent years because their top two starters have been able to carry the load when playoffs come around despite the team being not much better than mediocre during the regular season. Perhaps we could see the Giants do something similar if these two continue to dominate.

What a crazy name for a pitch lol! Random question here because the off-season has certainly been slow but do you think the giants will be the team that ends up with Matt Chapman? I hear the giants are one of the favorites is this true?

Tom Murphy has been well above average in a platoon role the last few years for the Mariners. As long as he stays healthy, he will be a great addition to any ball club

The Giants need to see about trading for Ryan McMahon on the Rockies. Colorado isn't a competitive team nor do they look like they are trying to be and they gave him a decent contract 2 years ago. 6 years 70mil I believe. Why keep paying a guy to produce for a bad team. He is an extremely versatile left handed bat. He is a gold glove caliber 3rd baseman and 2nd baseman and he could play 1st or even DH if needed. He plays all the time (150+ games these past 3 seasons). And his wife is local to area with her family and is expecting their first child during ST. It is a chance to nab a everyday infielder who has hit 20+ HR's the past 3 years and plays high level defense. He lives in Scottsdale so he wouldn't have to move before ST and his wife would have family close by to help them throughout the season since she is a NorCal girl. It makes sense and it's a better, cheaper option than trying to get these FA's to sign.

I think it is the first time the Diamondbacks are in the playoffs since 2017 when they won the wildcard against the Rockies and then got swept by the Dodgers
