You have to add the marinade with the row mince and have it rest for 2 hours and then cook it. You will get much deeper flavours. And much better tantanmen.

What is the name of the noodle you cooked? The brand name
Thanks for the comment! Those are home made noddles, I made them by myself. But you can buy any commercial brand from you local store😉 If you can't get the noodles, you can use instant noodles👍🏻 If you are interested in learning how to make them I will make a recipe for those😊
