I picked this muffler because it was the longest length I could find on Amazon (for style and hopefully extra baffling than others). I also added a DB killer in the mid pipe becaus I don't want to be too obnoxious and also to keep back pressure.

After installing the Vance and Hines on my Navi it’s now running lean. Idk if I installed it wrong. Didnt use the washers or the damper because I didnt see anyone use it on their install. Rides but kind of chugs and will eventually stall. Any ideas?
Does this damage your motor in any way? I'm thinking about removing it permanently, because I can hear rattles.

How’d you compare the sound and performance to the yoshimura one. I think that Yosh sounds more like a scooter like a sport bike whereas the vance sounds more like a motorcycle almost like a Harley to me especially w/ the muffler taken out
When I finally get a Ruckus I know the exact pipe I want from Hotlap, when I finally get a Navi I'm going to need to make a decision between a Vance and Hines and the Hotlap pipe. I'll have to run the decision past some old bikers and see what they think.
Makes me want to get a Navi, I seriously want both a Navi and a Ruckus before bikes have to go electric.

On most V&H exhaust systems, the two bolts are to repack the muffler. I use to use 00 or 000 steel wool

its more like 54 but yeah, somehow i never have had any issues. and i weigh a lot😳
