Not listened to 'em in decades.. Yes - even after a lifetime from being a teenager and having loved so very many other great bands - they still make pellucid sense.

About Neil's tragic loss. They did not want to release it at the time, they felt it may seem exploitative. Thank you to them and this. (Loved the Bio, too.)

Just a wonderful record that needed more radio airplay at the time to push it up there with the progressive rock giants of the day . How rock DJ's passed on this band on the West Coast I will never know , but this album should have been huge . Still sounds fresh and vibrant , a classic rock diamond in the rough .

This LUCKY GIRL cut was a BITCH to edit out of a long Triumvirat cut called Mr Ten Percent. No clear ending as it fades (nicely) into another song with that beautiful Hammond organ

1970 is awesome

My favourite Babe Ruth album. A lot of reviews knock this album as uncohesive but, personally, I think it showcases the band's talents and styles. Not many bands can pull this diversity off. Real shame they weren't a lot bigger!

This is a great album that is underrated. Jane Relf’s voice is incredible, and I wish the criticism of her wasn’t such a trap over the comparison of the two different forms of Renaissance. I will buy this release, in whatever form, when I’m able. Thank you for putting on UA-cam.

This music absolutely transcends me back ....way back -- to 1975 , the warm summer weather living at my parents place with my drums set up in the basement to the abject horror of the other members of nineteen - seventies suburbia. Man that was a wonderful time to be alive . I had a GORGEOUS 16 year old girlfriend, and a great summer job in Londons Bubble- Gum Factory O-Pee-Chee. I was pulling down a hundred a week clear ($2.65 / hr). Man I was LOADED.Anyone out there remember working for that wage.....Well....Long May You Run my friends....Shit I'm gonna start bawling fer' christ sakes.

Used to incorporate this album into my practice when i was a teenager, performing the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram in sync with its utterance on the first track of the L.P., before settling back to attempt my "rising on the planes" caper, in pursuit of my body of light's astral projection. Weird scenes. Sorry to have learned of Mr.Bond's "curious" death, having apparently jumped in front of a moving train, or, as some have intimated- PUSHED, by some "invisible force"? Bad luck of such an extreme character typically attends the dilettante, amateurish practitioner of Crowleyan/Thelemic magick, and even after having ceased my practice, i was, for YEARS afterwards, plagued by dark entities crowding my bedside at night, in horrifying, repeated instances of sleep paralysis syndrome, and also marked, quantifiable "poltergeist" phenomena in my house. Terrifying. To my amazement (& somewhat bemusement), this ALL ceased when, in eventual desperation & despair, I called on the name of YHShVh ha Moshiach, Jesus Christ, for protection. Listen to the testimony of alleged ex-illuminati/Council of 13 member, John Todd (Lance/Tom Collins, of the Collins ulluminati bloodline) who makes the claim that ALL record companies have a secret "temple" room, where the master copy of EVERY new forthcoming record is taken, and certain coven members invoke demonic spirits, and "bind" them to the master, in order that EVERY copy pressed therefrom will send those spirits malign energies into the households of ALL who purchase the record! Books 📚 like Dave McGowan's "Weird Scenes In The Canyon", and "The Memoirs of Billy Shears" also support the validity of this notion, and broaden the context.
