why Australians can not enjoy full capabilities of Autel gear despite Autel website showing the full coverage of FordAU and Holden AFTER the purchase we discover we have to pay additionally for it Autel reps in Australia are hard to find, some are hopeless so we order online from the US or China and then discover that we do not have the complete set up The gear is great, I plan to use only km100, 506 and 508 so I do not unerstand why is Autel doing this to people that are just starting in automotive?

Don't do it!!!! It is great when it works. It either has battery problems or problems with the internal charging system which cause it to go dead and stay dead for extended periods of time. A Lot of people change the battery to try and solve the problem but the battery is 100 bucks. you should not have to buy a battery weeks after spending over a thousand on a piece of equipment. Pretty much what I expect from a product from China....
