우유알칼리증후군??? 우유를 많이 마시면 좋은 것만 있는 건 아니구나.... 칼슘 비타민 먹을 땐 가능하면 맹물을 마시는 게 좋겠네. 난 생우유를 마시면 속이 좋지 않은 문제가 있긴 하지만...
우유에 있는 칼슘으로는 보통 우유알칼리 증후군에 안 걸려요 ㅎㅎ
