I've been waiting for a racing sim wheel from them since the 2nd and it's now the 9th and I even spent extra for it to be delivered in 2-3 days but it has remained in "Processed" status since the 3rd. I know this video was uploaded 3 years ago but do you have any advice for this kind of situation with AWD-IT?

@@Meerzie yeah I bought mine 2 days ago. It was the intel i5 core 12400F pc bundle with a few upgraded things. I’ll reply to you again once it’s arrived. It should come in like a week so I’ll tell you if it’s any good or not.

Cheers. I haven't yet bought from these guys but they're at the top of my list. Have you had reason to contact support now your gaming PC is up and running? Just curious how their after-sales compares. I sent them some questions and got quick responses to most. Their prices are excellent. I found it easier exploring configurations with these guys because there's not an infinite choice. I know it sounds contradictory, but some of their competitors give customer complete choice, which can be confusing. My only gripe is I have limited choice on the case (black or white). I'm wanting something a bit special but no option. Also there's one configuration including the RTX 4080 which I'm steering towards. If I wanted Intel instead of the AMD option it's a lot more money even though the components are similarly priced as separate components. Hope you're still happy with your setup. Thanks

@@volaticusfilms6185 usually you can build most of the pcs yourself for a couple hundred cheaper if you can find the right deals, I’m looking at pre builds just to save time and avoid any mistakes if I was to build my own. Right now just in the process of deciding which build I want from awd it
@@MaxMac05 I've built PCs in the past without any problem. But when lashing out so much money, as long as I have reasonable choice of the parts, I'd rather have the three year warranty AWD offers. If I was faced with a non-starting PC, I'd have no clue as to where to start and how to determined where the problem lies. I did price up the configuration I wanted and concluded I'd save around £100 which is just not worthwhile in my book. With AWD if I encounter any problem I'd hope they'd walk through some kind of diagnostic testing. If it ended up being a component, I'd hope they'd either send a replacement or offer to fit it for me. It all comes down to the after-sales service. This is a leap of faith until it's put to the test. But buying a single product that they've built does mean that the whole is warrantied. It really is worth more than the sum of the parts.
@@MaxMac05i actually just bought one and it came in today, still yet to open and have a look though, i plan on doing it in 2 days. My specs were a 4060ti, ryzen 5 7600, a620m plus wifi mother board, 32gb adata ddr5 ram (4800mhz) which was a free upgrade option because of my spec. 750w gold rated gigabyte psu (upgraded) , and 1tb m.2 ssd. Cost me £986, customer service was excellent as i did spec my pc with a bluetooth and wifi card, but they called me telling me it wouldn’t fit in my pc because of the gpu size, so instead upgraded my motherboard for free even though it would end up putting them at a loss by around £20. It took exactly 8 days from the day i ordered for it to be built and get delivered here. Il let you know how the pc is once i open it and examine it a bit
