Why are you talking about cheapness and not quality? Has any Rwandan university cared to contact the AIU to scrutinize the content of courses, the quality of scripts of students, the access went methodologies, the teaching contents, the caliber of lectures at the various program levels, the quality assurance methodologies and source of accreditation? For the fact that a government body has issued an accreditation does not mean the quality of students and programs are high. African professors and institutions are quick to condemn as if they are innovative and have been inventing anything new. This is complete nonsense. First off, Accreditation is not mandatory, it is VOLUNTARY!!! If a school or university is legally established, it is not a fake school, whether it is accredited or not. Any degree from an unaccredited school is legal and binding, if the school is legally established.
