Next thing id do is put a grate on the door you ca open and cloose like a fire place. That way while your fire is lighting up and buring good you can open the grate and let the heat out. I did this with a 55 gal drum had a grate above where i put the wood in mf get to burning good open the upper grate let the heat roll lol
