I had my ACL reconstructed on my left knee. I did not feel any pain before or during surgery. Even after the surgery, very minimal and manageable pain. I am in 2nd week and i have some swelling and i can slow walk with crutches without pain. Expecting to be walking without support in about 2 weeks and normal leg function in 2-3 months. I must say the surgery has to be done by very good surgeon who have a clean hands in these type of procedures.

I know how to get the wheels off cuh the little hubcap in the middle of the wheels is where the screw is at so take apart the hubcap in the middle of the back tires.

I was hoping to see how to replace the wheels, instead it was almost 5 minutes of you trying to destroy the broken wheel, then the part I needed was just glazed over with no instruction. Please retitle the video as "watch me".

On the cut in your head should not be in front of the line. Keep your chest up all the way in to take off. Don’t over analyse take of if your approach is not quite right. Peace from the uk
