@@larryking6490 yes I believe even with expedited service, if there are lots of applications to process, it may take long. I’d advise giving them a call. That’s your best bet. But I think it’ll arrive before your departure unless there is an issue. My mom also just informed me that if you do not get it before your departure, you can get that visa at the airport since you have your ticket already. But that caveat is you’ll pay extra.

@@Chrissiesingh you’ll need the scanner in order to scan, passport pictures, passport and other documents in order to upload it to your online application. You cannot complete your online application until those documents are uploaded. Then after you’ve completed the application, then you’ll print it out to then send by mail. Yes it’s completely unnecessary to fill it online and then have to send it by mail but those are the rules.

@@djdswift314 yes about $29, but with this inflation, perhaps slightly more now. Yes have everything once you get to the post office and yes you may still have to pay for it to get to the embassy depending on how heavy the package is.

@@laurenjackson7034 Hello. Yes if I remember correctly, it won’t let you print until you pay otherwise it’s not technically completed. And yes they will offer you return postage and you equally have to pay online. Once you get ready to pay, it’ll prompt you to put in the return address and all the necessary info.

As of now the game plan is to go to the embassy in Dakar when I arrive in Senegal….i could be wrong but from my experience in East/southern Africa…I’m guessing a bribe of somewhere around 1-300 dollars should expedite the process significantly
