I used to have HS , just eat healthy and drink plenty of water..your diet is the main key to eliminating hs

I have HS..didnt have it til i used Lume. Lume does the same thing HS does by clogging your sweat glands. Tea tree oil is a natural antiseptic. It always helps me when i have a flare up, and i try to make sure the pour is clear.

You can heal it my sister in law had this about 12 years ago it's has not came back.

I have HS and one way that I have learned to control it is through taking anti inflammatory vitamins like Turmeric and Apple Cider Vinegar. Bee pollen is also really good.

I suffered all the way until college with this. It has a lot to do with your diet. Eat less fast food, processed food. Practice eating balanced and using exfoliating gloves daily to wash. You’ll notice a difference ASAP.
