So correct me if I'm wrong, what I got out of this was, because your car was not registered to an address in N.C. but registered to a address in S.C. that is an offence. To me that shouldnt matter what adddress the car is registerd to or what state, after all you are supposed to be all Americans. I live in Scotland and I have talked to people from Charlotte N.C. saying people I mean gals. First impressions I got from them, well put it this way they were racists. One of the 1st questions they would ask me was.. Are there any blacks in Scotland. I would answer sure, theres blacks greens, yellows ,whites alsorts of colours here, they would say no no we mean people any black people. Racism my friend is alive and kicking in Charlotte N.C.
