There are many reasons why CEO are not young. Im sure a talented girl like her could fullfill the basics of the role, but it's a different to being a good CEO. It's not possible to learn all the knowledge that is usually the CEOs responsibility. This includes, and is not limited to tax law, HR law, accounting, financial markets, public speaking and professional communication, public relations,...I'm guessing she gets away with a lot by the people she's managed to recruit, which is smart, but it's not everything. People working for you will eventually start to resent you if they feel they know more or could do a better job.

This is so inspiring to me honestly! It is indeed true that age doesn't matter to be able to reach your dreams, but what matters is your skills and strengths to overcome this challenges! Congratulations miss Sadira!
