Hi there My car is Toyota Prius 2017 The JBL audio system has a problem for a few days now. My phone is connected to the Bluetooth and I’m able to make & answer calls. But I can’t play music via Bluetooth. The infotainment screen shows: “ Loading “ , but doesn’t play sound files meanwhile on my phone the music timeline is ongoing. Please help me. What’s the problem? I think I did everything to fix it , such as pairing again , resetting the audio system by touching & hold the power button. Even disconnecting & connecting the car battery cable. I’ve been too frustrating 😥😥 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
