They know how to earn a name for themselves unlike others who merely seek to think that their centuries old brand name is enough to take them forward. Visit Courtyard Asteria and see for yourselves is what I would advise prospective home buyers.

A genuine feedback from an owner of one of their project, do not go for this developer. Pathetic support staff. Rude managers.... rude helpdesk team. They will not entertain once all the money will be transfered. BE AWARE !!!!

Hi all, I am resident of this project (Courtyard).... few feedback from my side which can help you to take a decision about this project..... first of all, Very poor construction, very small flats compare to other building in same project and above that, over priced flat.... On the other side very poor support staff.... very rude support managers specially their facility team will neither attend your call nor they will give you a call back. Helpdesk team is not that much active overall, no one will reply your queries they dont even bother to see your mails. If you have a strong connection with their management committee then only you can expect a support from this people. Strongly recommend not to buy in this property. They will not answer to your calls Once you pay your security deposits and everything. Be aware and think before booking in this project.
