To be honest...In Europe we would call that an extremely sorry excuse for a château.

The islands and outline are incredibly ornate, stylish even. But the individual facades and detailing aren't remotely chateau like. It's literally as if they ran out of money for stone cladding and decorative work. It's like spotting a chateau on Msoft Flight Sim, zooming down and find there aren't any graphics. Weird.

What an architectural train wreck. Builder realized building a McMansion on steroids in the middle of a swamp maybe wasn't a great idea. I can just imagine the 100° weather trying to "entertain" while swatting insects the size of sparrows. Seriously, the old sales pitch is true: He's got some swampland in Florida he wants to sell you... Don't even get me started on the "tool" driving in on the toy car.

Yeah, no. As someone who was born and raised in Miami I will point out “just a 35 minute drive from Miami International airport and to the Florida Keys” is straight up a lie. That is if you are driving in the middle of the night, as I guarantee you it is an hour drive or more from the airport most of the time, maybe 45 minutes with light traffic, easily more than an hour during rush hour (after 3 PM is when the demons come out until 7pm). Same goes for the journey to the Keys. This also means you are literally in the middle of nowhere civilization wise, as all events mostly take place far up north in Miami. I promise you will hate the drive if you are a social person and all of your friends probably will hate it too. But if you are an introvert, this is the place for you!

I'm a Coral Gables native and haven't heard of this but building my own place somewhat similar to this design without the "fluff" of being in a pond but with "just enough" water to be intimidating to intruders is my goal.

I saw it again is amazing amazing it is a little thing some beautiful, crystal chandeliers and of course the furnishings are to the taste of the owners but I got a dream idea dream I’m sharing my dream. Here is beautiful. Adequate furnishings, and brighten up the color of the outside of the home with lots of flowers, bright and beautiful energy this home isn’t amazing home that tranquil waking up in the morning and you take a beautiful walk all of 14 acres it’s exercise walk your cardio And in your peace and just know pets of course I wanna deal with dogs, or any of that will put some beautiful swings childproof because my boy has a child has to be very very protected. I always worry about him. I’m just starting my crazy dream and my crazy idea for you can laugh or enjoy or dream 👑
