My Gladiator came with the cover. Ironically, I watched this video to verify removing the cover would be simple to install a Bestop for Truck2 cover. Thanks for the video. And my cover has been great for 3 and a half years. Through car washes and all.

Even though that transformer says 3A that's 3 amps at 24v. Which is 72 watts. You are putting a 50v x 3A load on it which is 150 watts. That's why it would smoke.

Resistors and diodes in the cartridge are used to create what is known as a charge pump circuit. On earlier NES consoles you could send a bad voltage (usually something negative) back into the console's lockout chip to "Stun" it and prevent it from operating further. iirc the switch simply disables the circuit on most Camerica cartridges. Later model front loading consoles would disable this type of lockout defeat with diodesj.

12:02 Raid on Bungeling Bay was created by Will Wright, famous for creating SimCity, The Sims, Spore. John restored/recreated the rare arcade version of the game, Vs. Raid on Bungeling Bay, best known from its early NES version.

Doesn't look like a bad game for an unlicensed one, a lot of times those games are pretty weak
