Quick warning: We bought the WalkingPad X21 for nearly £800, and within a week, it started making strange noises when used and folded. Customer service sent DIY repair videos instead of real help. I’d strongly advise against buying their products.

What do I do when my belt constantly bunches up on the back left side? The belt shifts to the left even when I'm not on it. It gets caught in the feed at the bottom, which causes friction and wear to the left side of the belt. I've only had it 2 days and I already tried the adjustment tips in this video. Customer support has not gotten back to me.
