My ex mother in law and her husband adopted my three children and she shows and acts its her way or no way at all its a open adoption. She says things to put me and my ex husband(her son) down a lot and talks trash to others about us like we are really bad people, she stopped giving pictures two years ago, we want to be involved but we have to ask her permission to speak to the kids. Because she says I call to much to talk to my kids. They are ages 10,8,6. She has also cut our visits to once a month or longer, and she can not stand i am native American and so are the kids and so they get benefits from the tribe. But anyways point is she is a narcissist and what I mean with that is if we as parents still in picture bring gifts for the children she throws a fit and attitude that she did not get anything. And she is taking away holidays and now also starting on birthdays and activities. And its a open adoption( im in Oklahoma)
