It sure was an amazing spot! And no, it was very easy actually, the crowd dispersed quite fast and the BTS Sky Train was still running way after midnight (so longer then usual) and I even managed to change lines and get to my hotel (Avani Sukhumvit Bangkok) that was quite far away from there with just the BTS! :)

there are many hotels around that spot where i've been, like Shangri-La Bangkok visible on the right-hand side in the video :) you just have to get a riverview room, which probably won't be cheap especially on this date (and overall those are 5-star hotels either way)

well, it depends on what you prefer... ;) for me its the window seat, even with a bit less legroom ;) and i definitely wouldn't want to be stuck between two other passengers ;)

@@HotelSpotterEN Thank you for your reply! Actually my concern was not about safety, given that I come from the same region as Bosnia does, I feel safe. I am interested whether it is common for a woman to take a walk alone IN THE EVENING, or it is inappropriate. I will be staying in a hotel, from there I will be visiting mosques, Baš Čaršija, shops, museums, etc, and all this will happen during the day hours, when it is fine for a lady to go by herself. But, what happens in the evening?? my fear is that a respectable woman without escort in the evening hours is not looked at favorably. I may be wrong, therefore I asked :)

I liked the seat :) reclines just enough for me and no, the lavratories weren't noisy :) the view is great too!

thank you! the trolleybus (number 103) goes along the "Bulevar Mimara Sinana" street, it then turns right to "Senada Poturka Senčija" street, don't know which stop would be the closest, but probably both of them are not too far, so you can go in either direction... ;) walking route from the airport to the crossroad of those two streets looks like this: goo.gl/maps/PMNkxSDmHWzUbk9S9 when you go outside the terminal turn right and go straight to that "starting point", there should be an exit there, that is not visible on google maps you can also check out my Sarajevo-Warsaw trip report where I take that trolleybus when going to the airport: ua-cam.com/video/fIa-i1VmZhI/v-deo.html :)
