Yay! So happy this was helpful!! You should have seen the many failed attempts months before this, lol! So glad you noticed the amount of glitter shards used - meant to note that in the video - it seems using enough to completely cover the base makes the background more uniform and the design atop will be easier to see. Lead lighting is so much easier than reverse stamping for this, too. Some colors, like the Garden Gnome green and Poppyseed red, are more opaque than the rest of the sheers. Some have reported those didn't come out as they'd hoped compared to Sunny Day yellow. (I personally didn't mind them in this mani I did here.) Would really love to see your mani when you try this technique again!

We found they smudge in a beneficial way when first applied (shown at the 1:28 mark in the video), but once dry, which happens within a few minutes, it feels like latex on the skin and doesn't budge at all. Wear time was tested to 8 hours here but they may last longer. When removing with a just water and a Makeup Eraser cloth, the liner came off in full strips, almost fully intact, which gives you an idea of how, once dry, these liners won't move at all. A surprising find was no cracking happened with wear and movement either.

I tried this. Even with cuticle protector some of blue paint still remain on cuticles. I clean it with 100% acetone but it still shows up. So annoying!!!!

@@scupifamily4108 so glad you tried it for yourself. Try instead liquid latex, or old fashioned regular Elmer's school glue. This blue is really pigmented and on dry cuticle skin I could see how it could be very stubborn to remove. Another helpful tip is, when it's dry on the cuticle and skin around your nail, very gently buff nail polish marks away with a nail file. This is usually what I do and it saves me from ever having to break out the polish remover to clean up around the cuticle area. Nail protectors work better but even they don't always make a tight seal so a nail file works well, as long as there isn't tons of polish to remove from skin/cuticle.
