Dr Ingelse, I recently bought one, 25 seconds is not long enough in my microwave to reach the required heat. I've left it in longer, but I find that it doesn't retain the heat for very long and rapidly cools. Although the leaflet claims it keeps the heat for 30 minutes...not true with mine!

Do you leave your eyes open when you wear the mask ?

these are the only drops that work. Spent hundreds of dollars.
