It's very patchy and not color-saturated. You didn't prep your hair as the instructions say. Your hair looks really oily to start, and it's supposed to be freshly shampoo'd with no conditioner. So of course it's not gonna be as rich as it should have been.

I saw a video that says your hair doesn’t get hot until it is dry and that’s your signal to stop so you won’t damage your hair

I have had a lot of luck with my medusa piercing (thankfully) but to avoid the weird crust I hold the back and take the ball off placing it in a safe spot and while holding the back of the jewelry in its hole and i use the saline spray with a paper towel cleaning the bar and I take maybe a minute to soak the ball while I clean the piercing area. After that I dry off the ball and put it back in. WARNING: this may not work for everyone please be cautious and find what works for you!

Amazing how many people keep saying they have keloids without even knowing what a keloid is. An irritation bump is nothing like a keloid. If you suffer from actual keloids it's probably very unwise to get piercings at all.

The color looks fabulous 😍. Good presentation of the test trials that you did with each color on a bounty paper towel. I did a 71 intense red which resulted in a disaster, but im gonna deal with it till more funds come my way, then get back to supply store to get those colors. ❤❤

I gave myself hot root with 30 volume using the loreal hi color for dark hair...it worked to well on the roots .. 😅 I'm going in with this adore cajun spice for the roits to tone them down a bit .. wish me luck yal ❤

One Con - Nobody has ever mentioned. Which completely threw me of guard & nobody’s mentioned this. When l got my Medusa Piercing done - 2 days after piercing I picked up a flu virus and my nose was constantly blocked. Every time I tried to blow my the it would cause so much pain. I would accidentally knock it. Or the tissue paper would pull on the the Labret bar. Or l everything l blew on to the tissue was accidentally drip onto the piercing - triggering pain. At the time my Medusa Piercing was still a fresh piercing. But when blowing your nose…..that’s definitely very,very difficult…especially when it’s a brand new piercing.

So glad i found this video My hair ends are this color pink and my roots are bleached yellow. So i used cajun spice on a piece but it gave me coral tangerine. I want it a tip more deeper tangerine

Does someone knows if affects teeth?

I have to say that the one piercing I've gotten over the years that I severely regretted was a lip piercing. It was just below my lower lip line and I kept it for several years...but it's left an obvious crater that won't go away and most makeup does little to conceal. The positioning actually does make it less bad than it could have been, but piercings in these areas (including Medusa) do leave a far more permanent mark than something like a nose piercing. Just putting that info out there for anyone interested in getting a piercing of this kind. They are far more trouble and far more permanent to be worth getting.

My medusa piercing is good on the outside but doesn't seem to heal at the inside. It still an open round wound around the closing thing on the piercing. It's not swollen. But i did expect the inside to heal faster. No idea if this is normal. It's only in four weeks. Your piercing looks pretty The story of you biting it is just scary. Mine doesn't even almost touch my teeth rarely. Still wound still open on the inside. I'm a bit worried about it. Compaired with what you went through its not much i guess.

I have this one over the volumiser and I’m so glad I did! It cuts through hair nicer and you can get closer curls. Great review well done

I think that the fact of the barrel being tinier really made a big difference! The money piece in the front with your bang looked gorgeous and the original one would not have given you that type of results!!???!! I’ll look out for a Black Friday deal or some type of peomotions

I recently did my hair that color and I was so disappointed my hair came out brassy green the first dye then I added some more stayed better but it seemed like the dye stayed longer on my skin then what it did my hair now my hair were the green is starting to look like my natural hair color

Has it gotten any better? I believe it just depends on the person, its different for everyone, i had my third piercing on my ear lobe and this one piercing did not heal till now, 2 years later! (my conch healed faster than this one) and i did everything for it, from changing to a longer bar to saline solution to tea tree oil, to just anti bacterial soap washing, and at the end only alcohol helped the infection go away. (yes i know ppl say not to do this but for ME it is the only thing that helped) Whatever works for you and your piercing. Hope yours is better and healed at this point!
