What you asked is exactly what’s in this video because GDA is the same as CFA# , just on diffrent nots, you play the same. When you tune a big DivanSaz or a small Jura it’s going to be GDA , it’s all about the size of the instrument and the tension of the strings - that’s what is the difference with the nots but it’s the same

@@mlggamer222bardhi6 Hi, if you have a long neck that means you have 23 frets on your instruments neck so usually you should buy strings that is written on them 020, and if you have a short neck meaning you have Frets on your neck, you need strings that is written on them 018 , if you use the right strings to the right instrument, it should be OK And strings you can find online it’s very easy. There are many shops that ship it to your home from different countries. Good luck

@@ἹωάννηςὁΚομνην​​⁠ hello ,nothing happens. It’s possible to use both for both. It’s just better sound and tension when you use the correct one ,sometimes if you use zero18 for long neck, it might not not hold the tension and break, but usually it’s fine.

It is also quite difficult to learn from books and the English teaching for this instrument are very few. I would recommend you to take the short neck online course (with the Cura) also because you said you have some music experience you will see in this short neck course that there are different levels for each technique and song during the course - so it’s suitable also for people with more experience but of course also people who have just started.. baraksaz.com/learn-how-to-play-short-saz-baglama/ you can lower the strings just for the time you’re taking the course (it would sound a bit loose, but it’s OK. baglama means tied or wound.. referring to the strings.. soft G. literally translates to "saz tied/wound/strung"

@@hakanuzumcu4754 Disagree. Baglama comes from the verb "baglamak". It is distinct. And the reason this musical instrument is so called is figurative and not literal. They called it Baglama, not because it "stirs" anything, but because it looks like a ladle (ie an object used to stir food). So when in the old days they asked to catch this instrument, they said "grab the baglama", meaning "grab the spoon".

Do you have a short neck with 19 frets? Which string do you wanna tune to F# ? The bottom one close to the floor? or the top one close to the ceiling? If it’s the bottom one close to the floor, it might be too tight so it will break, but some of them could do it. it depends on the instrument, but why don’t you tune it the way it should be like I show here in the video?
